What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collect and manage data from primary and secondary sources using M&E apps (SurveyCTO or Dimagi CommCare) and patient tracking apps
- Use observation checklists and semi-structured questionnaires to collect quantitative data on all program activities including KMC practices, counselling sessions, and follow-ups
- Conduct qualitative data collection through interviews with mothers using semi-structured questionnaires
- Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies and errors in nurse-collected data, and provide guidance to ensure high data quality standards

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant field with minimum 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of development, health, or social impact programs in Nigeria
- Knowledge and experience with data collection using Android-based mobile applications, spreadsheets, MS Word, MS Excel, and data collection software (e.g., Dimagi CommCare, SurveyCTO ODK, KoboToolbox)
- Working knowledge of data management and quality assurance/control, including data handling, consistency, and reliability
- Fluency in Hausa and advanced level English, with strong value alignment with First Embrace's mission

Salary: ₦7,200,000 - ₦8,400,000 per year (negotiable for exceptional candidates). Full-time contract for 1 year with 3-month probation period, with potential for extension and rapid progression based on performance in the early-stage organization.
