Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and sustain relationships with Alliance member land trusts and partners in the Midwest region through visits, meetings, and direct services.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate organizational development programs, including grantmaking, training, and technical assistance.
- Lead or assist in training and networking programs, and represent the Alliance at conferences and events.
- Partner with development staff to identify and cultivate funding relationships, and manage program budgets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 8 years' experience with nonprofit organizations, preferably in land conservation.
- Minimum 3 years' demonstrated ability to fundraise at all levels (foundations, corporations, individuals, government).
- Strong project management experience with at least 3 years' budget and grant management.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and ability to build and sustain diverse partnerships.
