What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Support projects with complex permitting needs and large-scale field efforts throughout the Western United States
- Develop monitoring plans, avoidance/minimization strategies, and adaptive management approaches for listed and sensitive species
- Conduct modeling and analyses on large datasets to inform impact analyses and mitigation approaches
- Oversee or author advanced technical documents such as conservation plans, permit applications, and technical reports

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Working knowledge of advanced statistics and modeling with ecological applications
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and modeling approaches such as general linear and Bayesian models
- Experience developing electronic data collection protocols and managing large volumes of data
- Ability to collaborate with diverse project teams and coordinate with clients and resource agency staff
