Mgr Bus Transformation Office

• Support Business Transformation team and functional owners in identifying, developing, and executing strategic actions, including project planning and implementation support.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to find solutions to the Company's toughest issues and provide internal consulting support for evaluation and implementation.
• Assess impact, resource requirements, and interdependencies of strategic initiatives across the organization to balance priorities and resources.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting the development and ongoing assessment of the Company's long-term strategic positioning, including industry research, market analysis, and financial modeling.

This role drives strategic initiatives and change across Republic Services, helping advance the company's commitments to circularity and decarbonization, which contribute to creating a more sustainable world.

• Top tier strategy consulting experience or similar general management training.
• 3 years of experience in project management, change methodologies, and business consulting & analytics.
• Excellent financial analysis skills, with an ability to anticipate potential issues and propose mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
