Mission

What you will drive

  • Support daily operations of monitoring global natural catastrophes and operate weather monitoring/forecasting capabilities
  • Build detailed SAR data acquisition plans and task ICEYE constellation to capture natural catastrophes
  • Define requirements and collaborate with engineering team to design and automate meteorology-focused analytics
  • Lead daily weather huddles and identify important natural catastrophes for communication to marketing teams

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Education in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences, or closely related field with minimum 2 years operational forecasting experience
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, proactiveness, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work non-standard schedules (extra hours, weekends, holidays) and handle pressure/deadlines
  • Comfortable with change in a scaling startup environment and experience with natural catastrophe monitoring preferred
