What you will drive
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of all mental health programs in the Middle East, particularly in Gaza and Egypt
- Coordinate mental health care for injured children evacuated from Gaza, ensuring comprehensive and holistic support
- Supervise and support relevant staff, contractors, project leaders, and volunteers working with children and beneficiaries
- Develop and cultivate partnerships needed to sustain and expand mental health programs in Egypt and Gaza

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced or post-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Health, Global Health, Health Administration, or another relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health program management, preferably in a nonprofit or humanitarian context
- Strong knowledge of mental health issues affecting children in conflict zones
- Fluent in English with strong conversational skills in Arabic; Arabic proficiency preferred
