What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of all mental health programs in the Middle East, particularly in Gaza and Egypt
  • Coordinate mental health care for injured children evacuated from Gaza, ensuring comprehensive and holistic support
  • Supervise and support relevant staff, contractors, project leaders, and volunteers working with children and beneficiaries
  • Develop and cultivate partnerships needed to sustain and expand mental health programs in Egypt and Gaza

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Advanced or post-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Health, Global Health, Health Administration, or another relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health program management, preferably in a nonprofit or humanitarian context
  • Strong knowledge of mental health issues affecting children in conflict zones
  • Fluent in English with strong conversational skills in Arabic; Arabic proficiency preferred
