Mission
What you will drive
- Execute membership strategy as liaison to IDSA's volunteer leaders, delivering consistent and elevated experience throughout the volunteer lifecycle
- Strengthen volunteer leadership pipeline by managing annual election processes and open calls for volunteers
- Serve as primary AMS user for Member Services and Engagement Department, managing chapter and member records and reporting functions
- Enhance member satisfaction through timely professional support for inquiries and maintaining up-to-date membership content

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership management, chapter relations, or association operations
- Demonstrated expertise with AMS platforms (e.g., Fonteva, MemberClicks, YourMembership, or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently in remote environment
