Membership Manager

• Execute membership strategy as liaison to IDSA's volunteer leaders, delivering consistent and elevated experience throughout the volunteer lifecycle
• Strengthen volunteer leadership pipeline by managing annual election processes and open calls for volunteers
• Serve as primary AMS user for Member Services and Engagement Department, managing chapter and member records and reporting functions
• Enhance member satisfaction through timely professional support for inquiries and maintaining up-to-date membership content

This role supports the growth and engagement of industrial designers through professional development and community building, contributing to the advancement of design excellence and innovation in the field.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership management, chapter relations, or association operations
• Demonstrated expertise with AMS platforms (e.g., Fonteva, MemberClicks, YourMembership, or similar)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently in remote environment

Starting annual salary range of $80,000 - $85,000. Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance. Employer paid life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance.
