Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and prospective members, providing timely, high-quality support and guidance.
- Conduct outreach to potential and lapsed members to grow membership revenue and promote career services.
- Maintain the membership database with accurate information, process financial transactions, and perform data audits.
- Collaborate with event staff to support IDWeek and other membership events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of membership support or front-office customer service experience.
- Data entry and administrative experience; detail and deadline-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of Fonteva, Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred.
