What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining the membership database using MembershipWorks, including data entry and record updates
  • Support administrative tasks related to member retention activities under the direction of your supervisor
  • Assist with new member intake, ensuring accurate communication, documentation, and backend processing
  • Provide frontline support by answering general questions from members via email
