What you will drive

  • Develop and own GMA’s cross-sector membership growth strategy aligned with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the organization-wide prospect pipeline, lead high-stakes recruitment conversations, and cultivate relationships with senior external stakeholders.
  • Define onboarding frameworks and retention approaches, ensuring membership delivers clear value.
  • Coordinate with the development team to align corporate membership growth with philanthropic strategy.
