Mission

What you will drive

  • Maintain and analyze the cross-sector prospect pipeline, tracking outreach progress, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns, introductory calls, and follow-ups with program teams; manage onboarding workflows and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment materials (decks, briefs, one-pagers) and customize for different sectors or audiences.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and reporting dashboards; identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, nonprofit operations, business development support, or program coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in sustainability, climate action, or nonprofit administration; experience with CRM systems preferred.
