Mission

What you will drive

The Membership and Events Associate will provide excellent customer service to SRCD members and support the Membership and Events teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting iMIS database queries, supporting the annual membership renewal cycle, and assisting members with account and payment issues.
  • Providing administrative support for webinars and events, including registration, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Responding to inquiries from members and nonmembers, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring website membership information is accurate.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent writing and language skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).
  • Knowledge of membership databases (iMIS highly preferred), report and query building, and email marketing systems.
