What you will drive
- Respond to member questions, problems, and concerns with timely, upbeat, and empathetic communication.
- Work closely with the Member Success Supervisor and Driver Success Specialists to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Identify and report recurring issues for further evaluation, such as website or app glitches.
