MEL Officer – REACH Malaria Madagascar

• Lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities for the REACH Malaria project in Madagascar.
• Design and implement data collection tools and systems to track project outcomes and impact.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform programmatic decisions and donor reporting.

This role directly contributes to reducing malaria morbidity and mortality in Madagascar, improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in global health or malaria programs.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Proficiency in data management software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Stata, or similar).
• Knowledge of malaria control and prevention strategies.
