Event Project Manager // Fully Remote

• Audiovisual Event Project Planning: Lead numerous events throughout the year, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets. Guide clients through the project lifecycle, coaching them on AV Production best practices for in-person and hybrid events to ensure execution exceeds their vision.
• Communication & Decision Making: Serve as the client's main point of contact and MT representative. Lead information flow between internal teams (fulfillment, creative, etc.), venues, and the client, while expertly preparing onsite staff for successful execution.
• Client Relationship Building: Build genuine connections with clients on a personal level (interests, family, life events) and bring enthusiasm that drives credibility and repeat business.
• Creative Deliverables Management: Act as the bridge between clients and creative teams (designers, editors). Manage logistics with vendors (decor, print, custom fabrication), maintain asset trackers, manage POs, and negotiate terms to be a true steward of the client's budget.
• On-Site Leadership: Travel (approx. 20%) to be the face of MT, preparing onsite staff in partnership with Production Managers to execute flawlessly while maintaining high energy in fast-paced event environments.

This role creates positive change by ensuring clients' most important internal and client-facing events exceed their vision, building genuine client relationships that drive repeat business, and serving as a brand steward for Meeting Tomorrow's exceptional customer experience.

• 4-7+ Years of Event Industry Experience: Experience navigating the agency or white-glove event world with a customer-focused mindset.
• Organization & Speed: Fast-paced multitasker who is accountable to deadlines and finds joy in the details.
• Great Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• People Person: Ability to build relationships and cater approach depending on the person. Experience working with different personalities and professional levels.
• Technical & Creative Curiosity: Ready to dive into AV production and creative service logistics.
