What you will drive

  • Manage and produce digital media initiatives including video, podcast, and live streaming content for AAUP and its Center for the Defense of Academic Freedom.
  • Develop and schedule content, coordinate with contributors, staff online events, and edit video/audio to meet engagement goals.
  • Implement promotion strategies to increase audience engagement and produce clips for social media.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end production workflows for digital media, including audio and written content.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors.
  • Strong video editing and production skills; working knowledge of podcast production processes.
  • Familiarity with email newsletter or publishing platforms (e.g., Substack) and ability to manage external contributors.
