Measurement & Learning Partner Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Introduce and onboard new organizations to the Social Cohesion Impact Measure (SCIM) tool, working with organizations to determine if SCIM is the right measurement tool for them
• Set up individual organizations' tailored SCIM which is built on Google products
• Provide ongoing support to organizations in using SCIM, understanding the data it analyzes and troubleshooting issues with their tool
• Work on related team efforts to aggregate, analyze and communicate field-wide data collected by SCIM

This role supports organizations in measuring their impact on building understanding, trust, relationships, and solutions across divides, ultimately serving a field working to bridge divides and foster a pluralist society.

Required qualifications:

• Have completed a B.A., B.S. or equivalent
• Have coursework in statistics and comfort in explaining basic statistical concepts (e.g. statistical significance, confidence intervals)
• Be detail-oriented and at home with spreadsheets and spreadsheet functions
• Enjoy directly supporting partners
• Have familiarity or a keen interest in the fields of pluralism and bridging across divides as well as in the value of measuring impact
• Be a highly organized self-starter
