Master Data Document & ID Domain Manager

• Lead the Master Data Document & ID Domain and act as the Data Owner throughout the full data lifecycle.
• Define and maintain the global "source of truth" for domain-specific data objects.
• Drive continuous improvement across master data processes, standards, and governance practices.
• Ensure strategic alignment with business needs, global functions, and company-wide initiatives.

This role maintains continuity, strengthens data integrity, and drives data capabilities that support the entire enterprise's digital ecosystem.

• 10+ years of Master Data Management experience, ideally in Document Management and Identification Systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Business acumen and organizational awareness to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Process management expertise—documentation, training, implementation.
