What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain email sending health by monitoring inbox placement, bounce rates, complaint rates, and sender reputation using tools like Validity/Everest
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 event tracking for donation forms, campaign landing pages, and email CTAs
- Oversee email deliverability infrastructure including domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming, suppression logic, and list hygiene policies
- Partner with strategists to monitor campaign performance metrics and provide strategic input based on data trends

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing marketing systems, email deliverability, or martech infrastructure
- Proficiency with Engaging Networks, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, GA4, FundraiseUp (or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of DNS records, authentication protocols, and IP/domain reputation tools
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot complex tracking and automation issues
