Marketing Systems Coordinator

• Provide administrative and coordination support across Kambo's Marketing & Communications team
• Build, document, and improve repeatable processes for marketing and communications workflows
• Maintain marketing and communications systems, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and up to date
• Support outreach and engagement activities as needed

This role supports Kambo's mission to reduce energy poverty, accelerate decarbonization, and improve housing in underserved communities by ensuring marketing and communications systems run smoothly, enabling the team to focus on strategic impact.

• Passion for energy, climate justice, housing, equity, or social impact work
• Experience working in or with nonprofit, public sector, or community-based organizations
• Demonstrated comfort using and configuring web-apps and integrations
• Post-secondary systems-oriented degree, diploma, or certificate in operations, program management, business administration, information systems, or a related discipline
