What you will drive

  • Lead omnichannel content creation including email, web, print, and digital ads to promote ZERO TO THREE's professional development products and services.
  • Create and execute data-driven email campaigns (drip marketing, membership retention, event recruitment, etc.) and manage website content strategy with SEO/SEM optimization.
  • Develop paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts.

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google marketing products (AdWords, Analytics, Search Console).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
