Marketing Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Work across a range of marketing activities and lead logistics for Halter's event calendar
• Support marketing initiatives including planning, executing, and tracking activities across events, digital, in-person, and website channels
• Coordinate marketing and community events independently, managing logistics, registrations, vendors, itineraries, and collateral
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels including eDMs, social media, and website content

This role helps market a new way of farming throughout Australia, enabling farmers to run more productive and sustainable operations while transforming the agricultural industry.

Required qualifications:

• Phenomenal can-do attitude and enthusiasm to take on diverse responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
• Experience coordinating and running events with track record of delivering outcomes on time
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM systems
• Full driver's license
