Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams to finalize and maintain definitions of core KPIs: Ridership, Reputation, and Brand Awareness.
  • Oversee data flow and integrity across analytics stack including Salesforce Data Cloud, AppsFlyer, GA4, Sprinklr, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Define, implement, and maintain Position-Based Attribution Model to allocate credit for Ridership conversions across paid and organic channels.
  • Lead calculation and reporting of Marketing ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, and CLV:CPAR ratio by channel.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related quantitative field, preferably within D2C, mobility, or subscription business.
  • Technical expertise with SQL, Cloud Data Warehouse (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake), and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and mobile app attribution (AppsFlyer/Branch).
  • Proven ability to build models for CAC, CLV, perform segmentation, and conduct rigorous statistical analysis.
