Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Strategic Go-to-Market & Positioning: Define and refine value proposition for distinct segments, navigating fast-paced buying cycles of NewSpace disruptors versus rigorous procurement processes of Primes and Space Agencies.
- Customer Intimacy & Market Intelligence: Join sales calls, interview customers, build relationships with engineers and procurement officers, and act as the "Voice of the Customer" internally.
- Sales Enablement & Proposal Support: Equip international sales team with pitch decks and one-pagers, and support capture team by crafting narrative sections of major RFIs/RFPs.
- Content & Story-telling: Produce and oversee high-quality technical content including white papers, use-case explainers, customer success stories, and press releases.
- Demand Generation & Operations: Own marketing pipeline end-to-end using HubSpot and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Global Brand & Events: Plan and execute presence at major industry conferences in the US and Europe.

Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing experience within Deep Tech, Hardware, or the Space Industry.
- Native English-speaker for professional communication across Europe and the US.
- "One-Person Team" Mindset: Comfortable oscillating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Technical Marketer: Curious to understand technical details of products, including how they fail and why they work.
- Translator: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, customer-centric messaging.
- Global Collaborator: Ready to work closely with engineering teams in Germany and sales teams in the US.
- Dependability is crucial for success in this role and team.
