Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and execute social media strategy, creating 2 original posts per week and managing content calendar.
  • Manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and GiveButter to drive ticket sales.
  • Co-author monthly email newsletters and grow subscriber list.
  • Liaise with partner marketing teams and collate box office data for reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience as a marketing leader and social media manager in the arts, with a track record of growing nonprofit accounts.
  • Strong command of Meta platforms and paid advertising strategy; experience managing digital ad campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent writer with fluency in AI marketing tools, Canva, Eventbrite, GiveButter.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and dependable as a remote team member.
