Marketing Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Support go-to-market efforts for Archer's products through high-quality marketing execution across digital, experiential, partnerships, and communications.
• Create and ship compelling marketing assets across channels including web, social, email, paid media, presentations, events, and product launches.
• Translate complex technology and aviation concepts into clear, engaging visual and written storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Comms, and business development to support launches, pilots, and ongoing campaigns.

This role advances sustainable air mobility by creating compelling marketing that communicates the benefits of electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, helping accelerate adoption of environmentally friendly transportation solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, product, creative, or related roles, preferably in technology, aerospace, or adjacent industries.
• Strong visual and storytelling instincts, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
• Hands-on experience working with creatives to produce marketing assets across digital channels (web, social, email, presentations, etc.).
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with designers, engineers, product managers, and external partners.
