Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Be the Growth Marketing team's go-to marketing campaign builder while becoming an expert in EnergyHub's marketing tech stack
- Own marketing launch processes for all EnergyHub programs, including maintaining content packages, working with Client Success to gain approvals, and building and launching campaigns
- Own the Growth Marketing team's request board by following up on marketing campaign requests from multiple stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with external marketing vendors and freelancers to expand team capacity and capabilities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent with demonstrated familiarity with marketing concepts
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts (target audience, segmentation, product-market-fit, etc.)
- A meticulous mind for details and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic HTML principles (experience with HubSpot or another ESP/CMS is a plus)
