Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Lead public awareness campaigns and multicultural initiatives, including project management and overseeing the team's tasks, development of strategic plans, and results reports.
• Coordinate Spanish translation of marketing materials and landing page content, and work with staff to manage marketing design templates in Canva.
• Work with the Signature Events team to create new marketing resources to expand and grow events and promote the brand, and manage PF presence at conferences to increase brand awareness.
• Manage branded promotional items, postcards, signage rentals, and the Foundation's merchandise shop, including creating new items, promoting the store, and reporting on sales.

This role creates positive change by supporting marketing activities that improve care and advance research for people with Parkinson's disease, building on the energy and passion of the global Parkinson's community to enhance brand awareness and public engagement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, with at least 1-3 years of experience (non-profit experience a plus).
• Pristine grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and written and verbal communication skills, with ability to think strategically and analyze campaign results.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles preferred (familiarity with Canva and Photoshop), and experience with video editing software a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to work on multiple detail-oriented projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience, with a range of $50,000 to $57,000. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is included.
