What you will drive

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Lead public awareness campaigns and multicultural initiatives, including project management and overseeing the team's tasks, development of strategic plans, and results reports.
  • Coordinate Spanish translation of marketing materials and landing page content, and work with staff to manage marketing design templates in Canva.
  • Work with the Signature Events team to create new marketing resources to expand and grow events and promote the brand, and manage PF presence at conferences to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage branded promotional items, postcards, signage rentals, and the Foundation's merchandise shop, including creating new items, promoting the store, and reporting on sales.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, with at least 1-3 years of experience (non-profit experience a plus).
  • Pristine grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and written and verbal communication skills, with ability to think strategically and analyze campaign results.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles preferred (familiarity with Canva and Photoshop), and experience with video editing software a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to work on multiple detail-oriented projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
