What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Create written, visual, and video content across formats to attract buyers, educate them quickly, and support revenue conversations
- Translate complex topics (Scope 3, regulation, assurance, data quality) into content buyers can understand quickly
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify content that moves deals forward and track performance to adjust based on impact
- Use AI daily to accelerate research, drafting, visual creation, video scripting, editing, and repurposing

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience creating multi-format content (writing, visuals, video) in a B2B startup or scale-up
- Experience with video editing and visual tools, and actively using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Descript, Runway)
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas without dumbing them down and experience creating content used directly by sales teams
- Ownership mindset, comfortable shipping imperfect work and improving it fast, and thinking of content as a growth tool rather than brand exercise
