What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Refine and evolve Cedille Records' brand identity to amplify artists and the organization across all platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new releases, catalog recordings, and organizational initiatives
- Oversee website content, email marketing, and social media channels, including website redesign
- Develop coordinated marketing strategies for album releases, including timelines, messaging, and promotional assets

Required skills and experience:
- Significant marketing experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector (classical music, arts, or media)
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategy
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, collaborative, organized, and deadline-driven

Compensation: Beginning at $80,000 for the duration of the project (6 months), commensurate with experience. Flexible hours (30-40 hours per week) and flexible project duration.
