Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the design and production of organizational marketing assets, including brand guidelines, templates, and campaign collateral
- Maintain and oversee website content using WordPress (Divi), create and update pages/posts, and track web performance
- Develop and publish social media content, manage social inboxes and community engagement, and track social media performance metrics
- Oversee email marketing operations including audience segmentation, subscriptions, engagement journeys, and newsletter creation
- Lead graphic design for ongoing initiatives and annual projects such as the Annual Impact Report

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience creating content for email, social, and web, managing graphic design, and implementing digital marketing efforts
- At least 2+ years experience working in WordPress CMS or Divi web builder required
- Strong visual storyteller utilizing social media and digital insights, best practices, and creative thinking
- Experience managing, refining, and iterating on marketing campaigns to drive tangible results
- Experience with publicity and press outreach
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and critical thinker
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofits, and/or patient advocacy preferred but not required
