What you will drive
- Manage SWTCH's event portfolio including industry trade shows, conferences, and hosted events to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
- Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, webinars) to generate and convert high-quality leads.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Automation to streamline lead management, build drip campaigns, and deliver personalized content.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, refine strategies based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3–5+ years of experience in field, digital, or growth marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools including Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalents), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling marketing content.
- Experience planning and managing events; industry tradeshow experience is an asset.
