Marketing and Bid Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Manage social media presence, create compelling content, oversee website updates, and maintain content calendar for digital marketing
• Support ABM/KAM initiatives, execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events/webinars, and conduct market research
• Assist with bid proposals, manage new opportunities, drive recognition through awards, and maintain CRM integrity
• Manage creative briefs, oversee budgets and reporting, coordinate internal communications, and manage digital assets

This role supports business growth and client engagement for an organization dedicated to rewilding half the planet by 2050, accelerating ecosystem recovery through nature-based solutions that benefit both people and the planet.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing or bid support role
• Skilled in accurate data entry, database maintenance, and report writing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience creating social media content, ideally with rewilding/environmental themes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in rewilding sector or similar industry
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM
• Experience commissioning creative services
• Confident coordinating events and engaging stakeholders
• Degree level or equivalent relevant experience in marketing
