Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify and qualify prospective new customers by adhering to Solect's qualification parameters
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual qualified meeting goals
  • Utilize Solect's business systems efficiently including Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Google Apps, HubSpot and others as instructed in conjunction with outreach activities
  • Be able to articulate the benefits of solar, including tax credits, depreciation, incentives and ROI

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate the company's vision and values to all key stakeholders with a prospect
  • Professionally persistent, polite, and self-confident
  • A proven ability to sell with a minimum of 1-year of related experience, specifically making calls and setting appointments
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Tech savvy with prior knowledge of Salesforce, and can quickly learn others such as, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Google Apps, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
