Market Development Manager

• Own AMP's global offtake strategy and execution across recyclables, residuals, and organics, including developing new end markets and partnerships.
• Lead inbound feedstock strategy, pricing, and contracting for AMP-operated facilities to meet volume and margin targets.
• Advise commercial originators on offtake strategies and coordinate with Government Affairs for regional success.
• Develop market collateral and lead strategic deal origination with advanced recyclers, petrochemical firms, and materials producers.

This role directly advances AMP's mission to enable a world without waste by transforming recycling economics, increasing resource recovery, and scaling sustainable materials management through strategic offtake partnerships.

• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in recycling, renewable fuels, organics processing, energy, or adjacent industries involving complex commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical detail into commercial value propositions and lead negotiations.
• MBA required.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year. Equity grant available. Benefits include medical (77-100% premium covered), dental, vision, life insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k), flexible time off, 6 sick days, 8 paid holidays.
