Market Development Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Navigate state utility commission filings to extract critical data for regulatory advocacy
• Summarize and synthesize regulatory filings using AI and research tools for internal teams
• Support policy advocacy through foundational research for formal comments and testimony
• Empower sales teams with utility intelligence to inform engagement and improve RFP win rates

This role directly contributes to decarbonization and building a more sustainable future by providing regulatory intelligence that helps accelerate the transition to clean energy through software solutions that manage energy resources more efficiently.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in regulatory, utility, energy, or climate space
• Understanding of state utility commission proceedings and ability to navigate dockets
• Ability to distill complex regulatory language into clear, actionable takeaways
• Curiosity, ownership mentality, and ability to travel for work (estimated 5%)
