Managing Strategist, Email & SMS

• Plan, draft, and execute comprehensive email and SMS content calendars aligned with organizational strategy.
• Analyze donor behavior and campaign metrics to optimize grassroots fundraising pipelines.
• Manage a team of online fundraisers, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate data insights and improve donor engagement.

This role directly supports the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee's mission to win Democratic majorities in state legislatures, enabling progressive policies that protect fundamental freedoms and build an inclusive economy.

• At least four years of relevant online fundraising experience at a political committee, agency, campaign, or similar organization.
• Excellent writing skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM technology (Action Network, ActBlue, Switchboard, NGP) and HTML/CSS.
• Project or people management experience required.

Salary: $80,000 - $86,000 annually.
