What you will drive

  • Oversee strategic development and implementation of SSPI's Summer Science Program, including program operations, partnerships, and alignment with mission.
  • Lead program innovation and continuous improvement based on research, data, and community feedback.
  • Manage program budgets, grants, and resources; prepare reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Develop partnerships with external organizations and academic institutions to secure new program locations and resources.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive nonprofit experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership managing education programs.
  • Proven track record managing personnel, complex logistics, and program portfolios; experience leading teams of 10+ full-time staff.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, program development, operational team management, and budget oversight.
  • Understanding of STEM education principles, curriculum development, and equity issues for underrepresented populations.

Benefits
