Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead narrative and strategic communications design, translating complex climate justice work into accessible stories and campaigns
- Drive high-impact communications campaigns and partnerships with media, entertainment, brands, and influencers
- Build TSP's brand, visibility, and positioning through media relations, public relations, and thought leadership
- Manage and mentor the narrative and communications team while setting priorities and managing budgets

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in narrative strategy, communications, campaigns, media/PR, or culture change work
- Excellent writer and editor with ability to shape compelling stories for diverse audiences
- Proven experience leading high-impact campaigns that shape popular culture and drive social change
- Understanding of and commitment to racial, social, and gender equity issues
- Experience managing teams and budgets with strong relationship-building skills

Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000
