Mission

What you will drive

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, manufacturers, and sponsors, serving as a trusted advisor on capital structure and debt financing.
  • Own the strategy and results for the debt advisory service offering, co-pitch mandates, and advise clients on optimal debt capital structures.
  • Collaborate internally as a DCM expert, mentor junior colleagues, and work with product & engineering to automate debt advisory processes.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 14+ years of experience in power & utilities, renewables, or infrastructure finance with significant transactional experience in project finance debt, leveraged finance, or infrastructure debt advisory.
  • Deep familiarity with the lender landscape across banks, institutional investors, insurance companies, and private credit funds active in clean energy.
  • Proven track record building client relationships and originating/executing debt advisory mandates, ideally in investment banking or financial advisory.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them.
