Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and manage a 14-person Budgets & Contracts department, including hiring, staff assignments, team development, planning, and evaluation
  • Streamline budget and contracting processes and systems, optimizing the functionality and integration of HRiA's finance tech stack
  • Develop, update, and ensure the accuracy of the organizational budget, monitoring revenue and spending against budget
  • Oversee client, subcontractor, and consultant contracting, ensuring compliance with contract terms and government regulations

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration or related field with 12+ years nonprofit finance experience OR Master's Degree with 10+ years experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in management and supervision
  • Experience maximizing use of financial ERP systems (Workday Adaptive Planning highly preferred)
  • Nonprofit fund accounting and GAAP knowledge, advanced Microsoft Excel skills
