Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the Strategic Communications practice, guiding strategy, overseeing client engagements, and delivering high-quality technical assistance and program implementation for public health communications and advocacy.
- Co-develop and execute end-to-end campaign planning, brand audits, culturally-responsive messaging, and digital media strategies.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading proposal development for contracts, grants, and RFPs.
- Manage and mentor Associate- and Consultant-level staff, and foster stakeholder relationships with public health agencies and community organizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a consulting firm environment, with 6-12 years of progressive experience in public programming advocacy and/or strategic communications.
- MPH or MPA or similar relevant graduate degree required.
- Minimum 4 years people management experience and 3 years project management/leadership experience; minimum 5 years client-facing experience with 2+ years in project leadership roles.
- Experience leading business development activities including sourcing, proposal development, and contracting; superior presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
