Mission
What you will drive
- Lead civil and sediment engineering design for investigation and remediation projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and oversee plans and specifications for grading, earthwork, stormwater systems, erosion and sediment control measures, and inโwater sediment remedial features.
- Manage multiple civil design or investigation and remediation projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Drive business growth through client relationship management and cross-selling ERM's services.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering or closely related discipline.
- 4+ years of consulting experience including sediment engineering, CERCLA-style state or federal investigation and remediation projects, civil site design, and preparation of plans and specifications.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, surfaces, drainage, and plan production.
- Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest regulations related to sediment remediation, stormwater, and environmental permitting.
