Mission
What you will drive
- Plan and organize field activities, manage schedules, and ensure equipment readiness.
- Supervise, train, and motivate field staff; support hiring and performance evaluations.
- Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients—resolving issues and maintaining clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ERM, and client safety guidelines.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of progressive project or technical management experience in site investigation/remediation under local, state, and federal programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Environmental field work experience.
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain).
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols.

This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
