Managing Consultant, Remediation Program Field Manager

• Plan and organize field activities, manage schedules, and ensure equipment readiness.
• Supervise, train, and motivate field staff; support hiring and performance evaluations.
• Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients—resolving issues and maintaining clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ERM, and client safety guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering safe, efficient, and innovative remediation projects that protect communities and the environment. Your leadership will directly influence project success, team development, and client satisfaction, while advancing sustainable remediation practices across diverse sites.

• 5+ years of progressive project or technical management experience in site investigation/remediation under local, state, and federal programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Environmental field work experience.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain).
• Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

For the Managing Consultant, Remediation Program Field Manager position, the anticipated annual base pay is $93,023 - $118,233 (USD). This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
