About
As a Managing Consultant for environment and health sciences and agrochemical compliance, you will play a key role in providing innovative and strategic advice to clients on federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration. This position offers the opportunity to develop and lead the agrochemical and biologicals regulatory practice within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative and strategic advice to clients on federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration
- Develop and lead the agrochemical and biologicals regulatory practice within an interdisciplinary team
- Manage projects effectively within multi-faceted project teams and produce high-quality work on time and within budget
- Engage with potential new or existing clients to build credibility and scope potential client engagements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration requirements
- Proven ability to develop and lead a regulatory practice within an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years of experience working with agrochemical or biological products
- Working knowledge of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or other scientific subject
- Experience with coordinating with EPA divisions (BPPD and/or Registration Division) and knowledge of Office of Pesticide Programs processes
