About
As a Managing Consultant for environment and health sciences and agrochemical compliance, you will play a key role in providing innovative and strategic advice to clients on federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative and strategic advice to clients on federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration
- Develop and lead the agrochemical and biologicals regulatory practice within an interdisciplinary team
- Manage projects effectively within multi-faceted project teams and produce high-quality work on time and within budget
- Engage with clients for retention and business development, including attending trade associations and conferences
Requirements
- Strong understanding of federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registration
- Proven track record of developing and leading a regulatory practice within a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the agrochemical industry or a related field
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and policies
- Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff members

Required qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years of experience working with agrochemical or biological products
- Working knowledge of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or other scientific subject
- Ability to manage projects and work within multi-faceted project teams effectively
