Managing Consultant (Director Level, W-2 Employee)

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of high-impact pro bono engagements, manage client relationships, and lead a team as both people managers and client leads
• Own renewal and expansion conversations with existing client partners, serve as relationship manager for a portfolio of Advisory Services clients, and oversee engagements to ensure high-impact work delivery
• Supervise and support direct reports through coaching, goal setting, and performance management while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Lead program delivery for complex engagements including design, launch, facilitation, and reporting, ensuring projects are high-quality and responsive to client needs

Required skills and experience:

• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements or portfolios with strong prioritization and accountability across teams
• Strong client relationship ownership with experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior corporate and nonprofit partners
• People management experience including coaching, performance management, and team development with a focus on inclusion
