Manager, U.S. Federal Policy (Washington, D.C.) - U.S. Program

• Engage with federal policymakers to support the development and implementation of policies that accelerate industrial decarbonization
• Manage projects and coalitions to yield breakthrough insights and results
• Provide thought leadership on policies to modernize the electric grid, expand U.S. manufacturing and diversify the critical mineral supply chain

This role creates positive change by accelerating the deployment of clean energy and driving strategies for a secure, abundant, and affordable energy system for all in the U.S., working with policymakers to develop and implement federal clean energy policies.

• Has experience with the administrative process, including Executive Orders and administrative proceedings
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent time management, organization, entrepreneurship, and drive
• Ability to create clear, structured strategies and problem-solving frameworks
• Ability to navigate complex relationships across multiple organizations and interests

Salary range: $105,000-$129,000 with annual bonus target of 10% and eligibility for merit-based increases.
