Manager (Texas)

• Serve as project manager for school system partnerships, tracking workflows and stakeholder activities to ensure successful implementation and design projects.
• Build and cultivate relationships with state and district partners in Texas, including superintendents, civic leaders, and industry partners.
• Track and report on progress and outcomes across multiple grants and philanthropic investments, ensuring deliverables and funder requirements are met.
• Travel up to 30% within Texas to support rural project implementation and provide on-the-ground support.

This role directly supports the expansion of innovative educational partnerships in rural Texas, helping to increase college and career opportunities for underserved students and improve educational outcomes across the state.

• At least 3 years of work experience in K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, or consulting/strategic planning.
• Demonstrated interest in and alignment with Empower Schools' mission and values.
• Track record of managing complex projects with multiple components, strong prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
