What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage a team working on technical governance research, including external stakeholder management with policymakers and AI companies
- Handle internal stakeholder management to ensure alignment with broader MIRI goals and pre-publication review of team outputs
- Conduct project management to track existing projects and motivate work toward deadlines
- Perform people management including future hiring rounds and fellowships
